Dispatch and delivery

When you place your order, Orchira will estimate the dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the ordered items, and delivery options and destination you choose:

1. Free P&P on all orders over £20*
2. Free P&P on all EU orders over £80*
3. Free P&P on all Rest of World orders over £80.00*
4. From £5.00 P&P on all promotional orders

* net after any discount, does not include Promotions or Vouchers

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 3pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Our current UK and International delivery options are:

Availability guide

Orchira clearly displays in stock status (subject to prior sale), availability and the estimated dispatch date for all products through it£s online catalogue. Time and schedules are always measured in working days, where Orchira working days are between Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If your order includes several products with different availabilities, you should use the longest availability time in your order. That is because multiple product orders are held for dispatch until all products are available. If you want us to dispatch products as they become available, you can either despatch products as they become available by paying for the additional delivery charges or place separate orders for each product and take advantage of our free delivery.

Delivery packaging

Orchira strive to present it´s jewellery in an elegant manner and all jewellery is delivered individually packaged in a pink silk signature Orchira box wrapped in a beautiful organza bag and mailed in protective bubble wrap envelopes and a rigid, purpose made outer carton container to reach you in perfect condition.

A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each jewellery package. As well as ensuring that pearls and gemstones used in the jewellery are genuine, the Certificate is your assurance that you have purchased a generic Orchira product and as described in the Orchira online catalogue.

Customs & duty

The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country.

Orchira shipment may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers" responsibility.
