This is our wonderful service to keep your jewellery in great condition and also for those little adjustments; maybe shorter or longer. Note, if increasing the length, we may need to add a small charge for additional pearls or stones.

If your necklace had unfortunately broken, take care to recover the loose pearls or stones to ensure the necklace can be returned to the original length.
The service typically takes 5 working days to complete.
Package carefully the damaged necklace including all loose pearls (no need to send your box packaging) and send by mail to us at the below address, preferably using a tracked/signature service. We will confirm safe receipt as soon as it arrives. Once its complete we will let you know when it has been despatched so you know to look out for the delivery.
